AMERIPEN 2026 Annual Summit Speaker Agreement

Thank you for agreeing to speak at the 2026 AMERIPEN Annual Summit, being held June 15-17 at The Willard InterContinental Hotel.

This document provides logistics as well as information about the items we’ll need to adequately promote and support your presentation. Please read thoroughly and get back to us with materials as outlined in key dates.

PRESENTATION LOGISTICS

Details on your speaking engagement (format, time) were provided in the confirmation email. Additionally, if you plan to have slides:

  • A wireless slide advancer will be available, and you will be able to view slides from a confidence monitor at the base of the stage. If needed, make sure to bring glasses with you to the podium.
  • Please use Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Please ensure your presentation is created in the widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio. Click here for help if necessary.
  • Please email your slides to info@ameripen.org before June 1 for internal review.

TRAVEL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
Any travel and/or related expenses must be approved ahead of the Annual Summit and tracked on an expense reimbursement form and will be reimbursed within a timely manner after the close of the conference.
