John Cozine

John Cozine is Associate Director of Compliance Services at State and Federal Communications, Inc. and has been serving clients of the company for nearly 19 years. Prior to joining the company, John worked for LexisNexis, serving in a management role with the Legal Data Collection and Case Law Summaries departments. John has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a member of the law review. He has been admitted to practice law in Ohio, Minnesota, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. John received his Professional Lobbyist Certificate from the Association of Government Relations Professionals in 2015. He authored, with Elizabeth Bartz, “Procurement Lobbying: It’s Not Business As Usual” for the Public Affairs Council.
